energy plus light is a not-for-profit organisation incorporated by Consumer Affairs Victoria (Australia).  It is a legal requirement in Australia for every incorporated association to have rules which are referred to as the Constitution.

 

Constitution

• is a written document

• guides how our association operates

• is a contract between the association and its members

• set out your association's purposes

• list the rights and responsibilities of members and office holders.

Members should know the constitution. They have the right to inspect the constitution and obtain a copy on request.
